The Ring Shop Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please verify shipping, billing, and email information is correct before submitting payment. Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer during purchase is not the responsibility of The Ring Shop.
Refunds or replacement products will not be issued if returned packages are not received by The Ring Shop. Undeliverable packages due to The Ring Shop error will be reshipped at our expense.
We ship orders from various locations in order to minimise customs taxes to you. However this depends on availability of materials, and may not always be possible.
We ensure that all orders are tracked from the moment they are sent to the moment they arrive to you. You are able to track your order at any time using our in-house Order Tracker. All you need is your Order ID and the email address you used upon checkout. If for any reason you cannot find your order, please contact us and we would be happy to help you.
The Order Tracker shows timestamps every time your parcel is scanned. Please allow two weeks for a parcel that has not been scanned before reaching out to us. Afterwards, we'd be happy to investigate your order for you.
Shipping Information and Duration
All purchase orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on the design, pattern, availability of materials and overall demand, please up to 7 days us to craft your product. After your item has been shipped, please allow up to 7-10 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to Canada, Europe, Australia and Oceania. In rare circumstances, recent Covid-19 related delays at airports and import/export office, may require up to 20 business days for your parcel to arrive. In some occasions, orders may get delayed at customs for inspection but be rest assured that they will reach you as soon as possible.
Orders are not shipped after the closing of business on Friday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. Once an order has been placed, you can change the shipping address or email address as well the items ordered (size, colour, etc.) if the order hasn't been processed yet.
Please note that order delivery time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws and other variables may extend shipping times. Please understand we are not responsible for these situations as they are beyond control.
The products are usually shipped out individually once available in order to get them to you quicker.
Due to high demand and the recent pandemic situation, you may experience longer shipping times than normal. We sincerely thank you for your patience.
If your package hasn't arrived to you in 60 days from your order and hasn't been tracked as 'Delivered', we are happy to refund the full product amount or resend an exchange of equal value to the original product order.
