The Ring Shop Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping labels and packaging are not supplied or reimbursed.
If your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we are happy to help. You have 14 days after you receive your item to email a refund request with the subject "EXCHANGE" to firstname.lastname@example.org, alongside an order number, description and photograph of the product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your item to to contact us if your ring does not fit quite right. Please send us an email at email@example.com with the subject "RESIZE" and your order number before returning your product to ensure it can be processed correctly.
Unfortunately we can only refund items that are damaged or faulty at the time of receipt. Unwanted items and personalised items such as engravings do not apply to the refund policy.
Once an order has been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until we see that it has arrived to you safely.
You have 14 days after you receive your item to email a refund request with the subject "REFUND" to firstname.lastname@example.org, alongside an order number, description and photograph of the product. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You then have another 14 calendar days to ship your item back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within four weeks. This time may vary depending on your bank or method of payment.
Late or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within 60 days, you will be entitled to reimbursement. Let us know and we will be happy to arrange a refund, exchange or store credit for you. Email us at email@example.com with your order number, date of order and item once 60 days have lapsed since your order and we can proceed in processing the appropriate reimbursement. Please bear in mind we will not be able to process any refunds for missing orders until 60 days have passed since your order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The item must be packed in a way that it cannot be damaged in transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
