How do I choose the right ring size for me?
Quite easily! Make sure to refer to our handy, easy-to-follow ring sizing guide to find our correct ring size. If you have a non-US ring size, you can easily convert your ring size to US using our guide. How do I look after my new piece of jewellery?
With tender care, of course! Our rings are carefully crafted using high-quality materials, and taking good care of your ring during its use such as taking it off before swimming will help preserve its lifespan. Ensuring it is kept in a safe environment and away from chemicals, detergents, undiluted solutions will help preserve its strength, colour and look. Avoid knocks and impacts to ensure the longevity of the item.

Can I get my jewellery customised?
We offer certain products that allow customisation. These products are bespoke, and make take longer than usual to craft and arrive so please make sure you allow time for this.

Is my order tracked?
Yes, every order made is tracked from the moment it leaves our hands right to your door. This helps give you peace of mind as to the whereabouts of your package. You can track your order using our in-house order tracking system.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We do indeed ship worldwide. Standard shipping takes between 7 to 10 business days in the US, Europe and Oceania, and may take longer elsewhere. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

What if my ring doesn't fit?
If the ring doesn't fit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be able to accommodate a resize replacement order if appropriate. Please contact us in the first instance before you send your order back. You can reach us using our contact form

How long will my order take?
Most orders are usually process between 1 to 3 business days. Depending on the order, most items take less than 5 business days to craft but please allow 10 business days for this process. Once shipped, allow between 7 to 10 business days for it to arrive to you if are in the US, Europe, or Oceania. Items made to order will be assessed and time scale quoted individually. If an item is not in stock or there will be any delay we will notify you via email in the first instance. Please refer to the shipping policy for more information. You can track the status of your order at any time using our order tracking system. 

How do I know when my order is received?
Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email as it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If you do not receive your item after 60 days have passed since your order date, then please contact us with your order number and order date and we would be happy to facilitate a reimbursement or refund equal to the value of the missing order.

Can orders be placed from abroad?
Yes they can. Orders can be made from anywhere in the world.

What is the length of guarantee on jewellery?
We treat each case on an individual basis, looking at wear and tear since purchase and the reason for returning the item. There is no official warranty period on any items.
